i have problems with key code...says try again latter I cant seem to fix this..can someone walk me through this I don't mind paying 4 a phone call in OZ

Hi, whats happened? are you the only person that has the key? I remember when i installed the game on a mates computer I using my key I couldnt log on if he was already playing. I had to call him to gell him to get off so I could play lol
Someone might of stolen your key mate?
