Hi fellas,
Well Wednesday morning here in Australia for you Java and another day in paradise for me and JA. Another quick look in before taking are of the days business. Yeah JA, mother is happy and well in here new accommodation. What bloody nightmare sorting out her stuff.
My video card is a GTX 660 so I guess Joe's 750 makes it hard for me to catch him...lol. Crikey everyone's hard to catch at times. Sometimes mine is moving so slow it feels like I have ball and chain around one leg...in game land..lol..that is.
One guy who you need to watch out for is Toto. Man he is a really good sniper. Fast as and you never get a glimpse of where he was shooting from. Maybe he's a reincarnation of another player. I sometimes play under Joe Byrne. Another Kelly gang member. For your info Java, the Kelly Gang was an outlaw group here in Australia back in the late 1800's. Bit like your cowboy outlaws of the wild west fame .
And as for the score chart..lol...lol. Somehow I have managed to get to #1...hahahhhaa. Consistency I guess. I bet that pisses off a few people.

The 660's were pretty good Ned, tough mid ranged card from what I heard. Better than what I have GTX 560 at the moment but Im about to commence a new build so look out! lol Joe I think you'd be interested in the Ned Kelly Story. Kind of like Billy the Kid..He was Australia's first outlaw, well the first that got recognition anyway. He developed a helmet and chest plate to repel bullets. he was on the run for a long time until finally he was captured and hung in New South Wales. Constable Fitzpatrick wounded 15 April 1878 Policeman, claimed to have been shot by Ned Kelly, but wound was possibly self-inflicted[32] Sergeant Michael Kennedy shot dead 26 October 1878 Policeman, killed at Stringybark Creek Constable Scanlan shot dead 26 October 1878 Policeman, killed at Stringybark Creek Constable Lonigan shot dead 26 October 1878 Policeman, killed at Stringybark Creek Aaron Sherritt shot dead 26 June 1880 Killed due to being a police informer Martin Cherry shot dead 28 June 1880 Civilian, killed at Glenrowan by police in crossfire[130] Joe Byrne shot dead 28 June 1880 Kelly gang member, killed at Glenrowan by police John Jones (aged 11) shot (died) 29 June 1880 Civilian, killed at Glenrowan by police in crossfire[131] Dan Kelly shot dead or suicide 29 June 1880 Kelly gang member, died at Glenrowan Steve Hart shot dead or suicide 29 June 1880 Kelly gang member, died at Glenrowan Charles Champion Rawlins wounded 28 June 1880 Civilian volunteer with police, shot at Glenrowan by Kelly Gang Michael Reardon (aged 16)[132] maimed for life 28 June 1880 Civilian, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Reardon, shot at Glenrowan by police[133] Superintendent Hare wounded 28 June 1880 Policeman, shot at Glenrowan by Kelly Gang Ned Kelly wounded 28 June 1880 Leader of the Kelly gang, shot at Glenrowan by police Martha Jones (aged 14) wounded 28 June 1880 Civilian, shot at Glenrowan by police in crossfire[131] He liked shooting coppers as you can see. This is what he looked like and this is what Ned wears when he is playing call of duty lol

Geforce 750 TI is a decent card and so much better than what I had. Probably considered a mid-range card as there are better out there. It's a small card and requires no wires from the power supply. Don't know how that works. I'm sure a better card would be required to push 2 or 3 monitors. Something I have no need for.
If I had my choice I'd like a better connection over a better computer. No matter the computer we are at the mercy of our connections. If someone else is sharing the connection here at home it makes it much harder to play.
LMAO about that pic. Yeah I didn't know about Ned Kelly. Just insert either Jittery Joe or Ja Foolie killed by Ned Kelly at CCF server.

Shocked it has its own dedicated power supply. It would be able to tun at ;east 2 displays for sure. I dont know how people can go without at least 2 lol I'd be lost, I run 3 and really should have another one. I think you're right about a better connection out weighing a better PC, computer really is only as good as the internet allows it to be. I wonder what speeds you get there? Be interesting to compare If you go to www.pingtest.net/ and click on begin it will test your line speed Here are my results Speaking of TOTO Ned, I was watching him the other night and he does some really weird movements when people are approaching where he is camped out. I tried again the other day to film him but he wasnt doing it. It seems to be when people get close, His normal sniping looks like a routine, really kinda boring, I cant see how it would be fun. He Literally repeats the same movements over and over and over until someone jumps into his scope. Bored me stupid just watching lol

www.pingtest.net/result/117730450.pngWhen I clicked on your image to make it larger I get an error so it may be the same in my case. Line quality B Ping 76ms Jitter 2ms It couldn't do packet loss because of a Java issue. Firewall was blocking that test apparently. I did another test and got Line quality of D Someone else was browsing the internet on another computer in the house. The other computer can really mess with the connection or me trying to listen to music on a internet radio station while playing COD4. If I want music I listen to recordings on my machine through Windows Media Player which seems not to be a connection issue. Sometimes I can do without the music. Only when there are a few players I am able to hear footsteps.

I think the Ping rest result would vary depending on the time of day. I just did one now Monday 23/2 @10:00am and got 50ms and 0 jitter Server in Brisbane 1400 Ks away approx. I'm usually running at around 210 Ping when playing the game. Yeah that Toto guy is a bit boring . I've watched him to trying to figure out the pattern so I can nail the prick.

LOL Joe, you remind me of the crazy tank commander played by Donald Sutherland in Kellys heros, he went into battle with music blaring lol I am unable to play if my connection is being shared. I know when someones on because I get connection interupted flashing up and the lag begins to take over. I think you could be right Ned about the time of day. ISP sharing bandwidth completely sucks! Joe Australia is undergoing a major internet transformation called the National broadband network (NBN) They are laying optical fiber which is supposed to bring us up to speed with the rest of the world. Unfortunately it is only available near the Capitals CBD's so us suburban folks miss out until the get there act together. Ned I think he could be using some kind of wall hack when people approach that he shouldnt be able to see on radar. I could be wrong, but one thing is for sure, he knows how to snipe!'

For those of you that dont know gametracker.com has live stats of the clown server 24/7. You can see whos online, how long they have been online and you can also set up a profile to track your stats. the top 10 players on the clowns server at the moment are as follows Rank Name Score Time Played 1. Ned Kelly 1968854 3209.6 hr 2. peperino 1819485 1250.67 hr 3. BloodyMary 1752492 1348.98 hr 4. BKL 1558852 1188.57 hr 5. [zF]The Rabid 1 1309132 918.05 hr 6. Alan 1103724 947.38 hr 7. d0T 1039476 804.87 hr 8. LedK 1004130 672.97 hr 9. hike 977148 904.87 hr 10. Obi Profile 963844 742 hr ----------------------- It's funny, we've actually had three different incarnations of the TDM server over the years - with three different hosts. If you took the cumulative high scores from all three you'd have Eggrolls (or dOT, or his other aliases), Rabid, Obi, Stealth, an older player named Sandman, Chrome, and then me and GI Joe to round it out. (rough list ) As far as the points per minute - the best player I have ever seen, hands down - is RPG Bid, aka [zF] Bid. (now retired, unfortunately) Used to stand on a car in the middle of the road with a g3 and get 20 kill streaks. He once went 157-12 on tdm. lol Nice board you all have here, I'll be checking in from time to time.

Hey Ned, Yeah, right now the zero fear council is working on a solution - it appears that there may be some larger scale issues with the master server mistakenly blocking some ip addresses due to high traffic being misconstrued as malicious. I am hopeful that we will have everything back up and running by this weekend, just a minor road bump. The funding is still good for 6-8 months at least, although we of course are always looking for donors and contributors. I'll try and keep you all posted here in regards to what is going on!
